Responsibilities:

  • 1. Attend to telephone enquiries, email enquiries and walk-in-customers
  • 2. Assist in Invoicing, quotations and filing of document
  • 3. Assist in Purchasing, Shipping and Stock Management
  • 4. Carry out general accounting and administrative tasks
  • 5. Assist in maintenance of website and online marketing and preparation of catalogue
  • 6. Any other duties as may be assigned by the management from time to time

Requirements:

    Qualification:

    Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level , Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U , Professional Certificate , Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma , Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree
