Responsibilities:
- 1. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- 2. Identify customers' needs and wants.
- 3. Keep up-to-date with product information.
- 4. Accurately describe product features and benefits.
- 5. Follow all company policies and procedures.
- 6. Provide reports and market feedback.
Requirements:
- 1. Degree/Diploma in Sales/Marketing, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- 2. Aged 23 to 35.
- 3. Preferably 2 years sales experiences in water pumps, agriculture products, industrial products and services.
- 4. Strong understanding of market dynamics and results oriented.
- 5. Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and other Chinese dialects.
- 6. Good understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- 7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- 8. Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality.
- 9. Customer service focus.
- 10. Must possess own car and willing to travel outstation
Qualification:
Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U , Professional Certificate , Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma , Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree
